Storage: Keep container dry. Keep in a cool place. Ground all equipment containing material. Keep container tightly closed. Keep in a cool, well-ventilated place. Combustible materials should be stored away from extreme heat and away from strong oxidizing agents.
Application: Refined shea butter readily melts at body temperature, making it a very attractive emollient for many skin care applications, such as baby care products, skin care products, massage creams, etc. Refined shea butter is an excellent ointment base that releases medicaments faster than other well‐known bases. It is absorbed quickly by the skin. It acts as a refatting agent and has a good water binding properties.
